Is there any better unit over another to get for the BX22 and what would be a good price? Should I get it with the electronic options? Should I get anything else with it?
Thanks, JD.

Viper, The BX comes standard with everything needed to maintain a piece of property with the right attachments. They started the sub-compact theme and they aree still the only one really with a sub-compact size tractor that is full featured. You could go for the X series of Deere but they are a lot of money for the compactness that is built into the BX. Other manufacturers say they are in the sub-compact buisness but when you size them up they are more the size of the Full size B-7510 as far as height and width and length. When you go there you have larger wheels and tires and frame. ....

check out ERSKINE I've seen one bx-22 I think that they may have a unit to fit it. I got my 60 inch unit cheaper than the 59 inch JD unit and it 2x better built!!!
Innital set up is time consuming but the ease of on / off is great due to the sub frame set up.
I believe the bx blower like most blower mounts is pushed by the front bracket. The ERSKINE is PUSHED by the rear draw bar through the sub frame and uses the rear pto realy nice if you do not have a mid pto. ....

Erskine does build a rugged unit and is great when the factory doesn't offer a custom fit unit, but with the BX factory unit attaching at several point from front to rear and goes to the mid Pto instead of the rear. ....
